Developing an appropriate spending policy is an integral part of the investment program review and will be instrumental in setting investment objectives. We will assist your Committee in the creation of a spending policy by evaluating a number of factors:

• What are the types of services and projects that the endowment/foundation wishes to support?
• What are the cash flow needs of these services and projects?
• What is the time horizon of the endowment/foundation?
