We assist our clients by evaluating the pros and cons of using a bundled service provider, including a particular emphasis on the cost impact to the plan and plan participants. We have the capabilities to evaluate a full range of providers based upon the specific needs of our defined contribution plan clients. We assist our clients with every aspect of the bundled service provider selection process, including:

• Developing service standards and expectations;
• Developing the RFP;
• Distributing the RFP and coordinating any pre-proposal conferences;
• Reviewing each of the provider's proposals and analyzing each response;
• Conducting finalist interviews and/or Board presentations; and
• Implementing the new plan structure, including the coordination of any planning meetings between our client and the chosen provider.
